PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
Registration: You can register online by filling out the registration form below OR you can call the TVBA office at 474-4989 OR you can mail in the registration form that is on page 2 of the brochure.
Cost: $85.00, which includes transportation and meals. You can mail a check/MO to TVBA, PO Box 60261, Fairbanks, AK 99706 OR you can bring it with you to camp. Financial assistance MAY be provided by your church if needed.
Medical Form: This form needs to be printed, filled out, and signed by your parent if you are under the age of 18. If you are 18, you can fill it out and sign yourself. This form needs to be mailed to TVBA, PO Box 60261, Fairbanks, AK 99706 OR you can bring it with you to camp.
